Learning how to meditate stirs one of two feelings. Sheer joy and elation or fear and doom. Perhaps you’ve heard things such as, “UGH! I can’t sit still long enough…..I’m here for the savasana and story…do I have to cross my legs and touch my finger and thumb together for this to work….I can sleep when I get to bed…what if I start snoring…..I’m not opening a portal for the devil to get me…”. If you got a chuckle out of that you just might be an experienced teacher or professional student who has heard these words or spoke them yourself.
