Below we share our thoughts on how you can easily connect with loved ones throught the implementation and practice of Family Yoga.  Eg: A reconnecting foot massage after a long day apart or simply setting aside the time to be fully engaged with that person – ensuring eye contact so that they feel heard and validated.  People across the world feel the need to be heard, seen, valued and feel a Family Yoga Connection. We need to take this need seriously in order for people in our lives to feel significant to you.  It may take a few seconds, but it will mean the world to the person in need…

Partner Poses is a fantastic way to enter in the Family Yoga Connection… this allows for great mutual bonding.

In today’s fast-paced world, it can be difficult to find time to connect with family. Yoga can be a great way to bond with loved ones and enjoy some quality time together. Family yoga is a fun and healthy activity that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and fitness levels.

The word ‘family’ can potentially have some triggering associations.  Some of us have lost important family members, or are still experiencing a slightly fratured relationship due to past trauma’s.

The word ‘family’ is a wonderful, as it can conjure up a myriad of ideas and eventualities… Whoever YOU choose as your ‘soul-family’ is yours and the bond is just as strong, if not stronger.  Any bond built upon trust, love and mutual respect is all that we could ask for in this life.
